I was hoping that OSU/Butler on the 12th (?) was going to be a more impressive game with all weapons out and no holding back, to see how Butler and OSU compare. Sadly the terrible injury to Evans is going to make for a tougher challenge for OSU. Regardless of the outcome, I hope Evans has a quick and exceedingly positive recovery, and especially no long term lasting effects that may cause him problems long after his basketball career has ended! No one wants to see a player go down the way he did, nor in many other ways, but damn a back injury like that can scare the hell outta someone! Good Luck and hope all goes well. Stay safe to all our players, families, and fans! Great basketball and safe journeys to all!

I honestly try to root for all HL teams during their non conference schedule, but I love it that Butler is being knocked back to reality. They are now 0-3 vs ranked teams and should be knocked out of the top 25 after tonight's loss. HL refs might even call games even this year instead of giving Matt Howard the Jesus Christ treatment. BCS refs don't buy his flopping. He has fouled out of almost every game this year.

From David Woods, Butler's beat writer: I'm actually more concerned about Butler's fans than the team.
If the Bulldogs lose two games over Thanksgiving in the Anaheim tournament, one of my close friends asked whether fans would "wig out." My answer: Yes, they would. In recent seasons, every Butler loss (and there have not been many) signaled a sky-is-falling reaction on message boards.buhoops.yuku.com/topic/4595?page=1

Green Bay and Wisconsin going into overtime 75 all at Green Bay.
Note: Not on HLN, Green Bay is charging $4.99 to see game.

I've been saying for years that we are throwing away money by not charging for the HLN. I paid $10 to watch WSU play Toledo on their crappy feed. We could easily charge $5 for individual games, $10 for a month, or $50 for the whole season for the HLN. It's sad that we just give it away.
