Would just like to say that as a Cincinnatian and a Raider/WSU student, I am VERY pleased to see a Cincinnati news source covering and posting some Wright State related news---Just noting that this is pretty rare, but very welcome!!

Lets hope with it being on FM we don't have to worry about the signal cutting out.

I had the same problem with 980 headed home after games towards Bellbrook...I'm going to try 100.3 tonight on my way home to see how it compares.

I wasn't a fan of 980, so I see any change as an upgrade.

I really wish we would get Chris a full time partner and stop using the rotating door of sidekicks. It's bush league.

As I said awhile back all the guys that work with Chris don't get paid. This is true even if they are on the road they pay their own way including travel, food, and lodging. I agree it would be great for both the fans and Chris but I don't see that happening anytime soon. It's money we don't seem to have right now.

That is a load of crap. If other HL teams can afford to have 2 radio guys, we can too. We should cut down on some other unneeded expenses to cover this cost. For example, we spend money to send our dance team to road games. That doesn't make much sense. We are spending our funds to entertain the fans of our competition. That would be better served having 2 radio guys that represent WSU on the airwaves to OUR fans.

Over the years I have traveled to many road games and the only times I've seen the dance perform away from the Nutter has been in HL tournaments and at Butler when we have a large WSU turnout. Maybe in the distant past they have performed at UD or Miami, as my memory isn't perfect, but by and large, they have not traveled as a rule.
I too had trouble picking up WONE as I left the backway to ride west down Kaufman toward Route 4 and Valley St. We'd lose the signal until we approached National Rd.

interesting the requirement for sickle cell screening. i wonder if that is a new requirement and what precipitated it?

interesting the requirement for sickle cell screening. i wonder if that is a new requirement and what precipitated it? I was thinking that it might be related to Matt Vest's condition in some way. Remember his strange fatigue and muscle pain last season
