Lett might have been promised a scholarship next season, but I bet there were conditions. Such as avoid getting a DUI. It won't affect his scholarship situation one way or another. He is here under the same circumstances as Parker. Both have this season to prove to our coaching staff that they can play at the D1 level. If they prove it, they will be scholarship players next year. If they don't, they won't be back next season.

Maybe it's just me, but if they are here to "prove" they can play D-1 basketball, then that doesn't sound like a resounding endorsement in my mind. Perhaps we should continue to pursue other candidates for those scholarships who are unquestionably good enough to play D-1 ball.

Anyone going to the event at the Wright Wing this evening? Always love hearing Coach Brown talk basketball.

Anyone think that coach is a bit dismissive? Don't judge them because they're 18? Aren't they legal adults? Plenty of 18 year olds are fired from jobs for less every day. Do they get a break because they're 18? I don't think the crimes are severe. Probably deserving a small slap on the wrist. But hold these guys accountable.

Andrew Griffin confirms that Kendall had another concussion last night. That's his 5th concussion. I would imagine WSU would be extremely cautious moving forward....This is starting to sound like a broken record. You just have to wonder how many more the kid can take...

Personally I think he should retire from all contact sports. Five is way too many, and the more you have the more likely or susceptible you'll be for subsequent ones. Kendall, you're a great young man and player, but henceforth don't hit anything harder than your books. Best of everything for your future.
Question...Will one of the 2 young men not dressing now move up to be on the team?
