So we're complaining it isn't on espn then when it is we complain about a two min delay? You missed the part about it not being on ESPN (any of their TV platforms).

If we were to win out would that justify a 10 to 12 seed in the NCAA even if the RPI is not that great?

If we were to win out would that justify a 10 to 12 seed in the NCAA even if the RPI is not that great? I think your horse may have some troubles with that big ol' cart in its way. Having said that, no. No way. Depending on what happens in other auto bid league's as far as upsets, we'd be about a 15. We were a 14 seed the last time we made the Dance with a 23-9 record against D1 and a 73 RPI. We had quality wins against Miami (90 RPI) and two against Butler (27). This year, we'd finish at 23-8 against D1 if we won out. Our only quality wins would be against Valpo (currently 30), whose RPI would be driven down by losing to us. In fact, we've only beaten three teams with winning records to date. There are plenty of bubble teams from bigger conferences with better credentials than ours that the committee will favor. And I hope we destroy 'em.

They do take in consideration of injuries and your record afterwards as well. It would be shame in a way to defeat Valpo 2 more times and knock them out of contention. Like to see two teams in but if it means just us so be it.

If you go back to an earlier post of mine, I think it would actually behoove us at this point to lose the next one at Valpo then hope we both run the table to the HL championship game. The better their resume and RPI, the better it is for us. The only way we make it in is as an auto qualifier no matter what happens between now and the league championship. They're a bubble team that might be able to squeeze in on their own merits, and give us some cash in the process. The better their record/rpi, the better their chances. If everything else falls into place, it would actually be good to lose at Valpo. Weird, right?

The next 4 games will determine whether or not this team has the skill and mental toughness to compete for a league championship. It will be a tough stretch.

Going at least 2-2 gets this team a top two seed in the league. 3-1 keeps them in the hunt for the number one seed.

With a neutral court I see no difference in 1 or 2 seed. Huge difference if it were a home game. It's not a conference that has the 3 seed way scarier than the 4 especially in neutral court.

I was going to post this exact same comment but then thought about an NIT bid. It would be a great thing to get the #1 seed and guarantee ourselves a post season birth.

We're not getting an NIT berth regardless IMO.

We're not getting an NIT berth regardless IMO. Regular season champs that do not win the conference tournament and also do not get an NCAA at large automatically go to the NIT.
