'08 OH PF Lee TabbToledo, OH Toledo Rogers High School Ht: 6'8" Wt: 220 lbs PPG: 13.5 RPG: 15.5 BPG: 5.0 GPA: 3.4 2008 PROSPECT: Lee is a 6-7 combo forward from Toledo, OH attending Rogers High School. He is one of the top combo forwards in the class of 2008 class in the state. Tabb is a solid rebounder and has a lot of athletic ability. He also continues to work on his jump shot, ball handling and free throws. Lee has also been in the weight room all summer. During the summer Tabb toured with the AAU 16 and under age group in the Cleveland Basketball Club with Mike Duncan. The team won the Adidas Super 64 Open Division championship in Las Vegas this summer past summer. As a sophomore at Rogers HS, Tabb averaged 10 points a game, 10 rebounds, 5 block shots and 2 assists and also he was the number 4 rebounder in the city league as a sophomore. He’s not only a very good player on the court, but also he’s an excellent student carrying 3.4 GPA. He hasn’t taken the tests yet, but will be taking the SAT at the end of October. Tabb is only an junior but already has been contacted by Miami (OH), Central Michigan, Toledo, Drake, Wright State, Penn State and others. Matt Collins (16 points), Sam Bastian (14) and Ray Calhoun (13) turned in solid performances for visiting Central Catholic (6-4, 4-2).
Lee Tabb led Rogers (2-10, 0-6) with 18 points and 15 rebounds.
