This one is going to end up in the 80s for both teams.

If Norris is going to get playing time, the man has got to take shots when he is open. They aren't really even trying to defend him because they don't expect him to shoot.

I don't understand what the hell has happened to our defense in the last 2 years. If we played D anything close to the way we used to, we would be undefeated this year. It seems like every game turns into a contest of who cn put up the most points vs who can stop the other team. It's hard to watch at times.

Tim knocked down his first 3. That is always a good sign.

Team is just flat. Somehow tell me how next year is going to better without Trey. The only offensive player we have. Might be a rough couple of seasons. It's not going to be better unless we convince some immediate-impact players to transfer here with whatever scholarships we have available. This team took it in the rear-end with Holden and Basile leaving with no warning and it killed our entire rotation and Nagy didn't have enough time to react. Now we suck, and now we risk having that same problem again at the end of this year. None of the freshman coming in are going to save this team next year, so it's either land someone who can make a major impact immediately, or lather, rinse, repeat in my opinion. In my opinion, you are one of the most negative fans we have had on this board since when KeithfromZenia used to post regularly. This year hasn’t been going our way. It sucks. We lost 2 All conference players we thought were going to lead us to the next level as a program. I have no trouble whatsoever believing Coach Nagy is going to turn things around. His record here and at SDSU speaks for itself. As Wolf already pointed out, we have one of the best group of big men in the HL coming back next year and we have 2 more 6-8+ kids who are redshirting. We have another 6-5 guard red-shirting and 3 of the most talented guards coming in that Nagy has signed in his tenure here. I see a lot of reasons to be optimistic about next year.

At halftime of the RM game, Trey came out of the locker room and had some type of medical electronic vest wrapped around his lower back. He must have some type of back problem which may be limiting his minutes. No. It was a disciplinary decision.

I agree with pretty much everything said so far in this thread. I am really encouraged by seeing 8-9 guys getting playing time these first 2 games and I don't think the starting lineup or main rotation is going to be set until after our OOC schedule is complete. I also agree that I hope to see us going back to 2 big men in the lineup at all times. I really like this team and I am excited about this season.
