you know bedford, it seems like every year we read that our league is getting better recruits, is going to be stronger, is better top to bottom. and pretty much with the exception of one team ( a team that might not be around much longer), our league just sucks in confrontations with the big boys, in post season etc. every opportunity we have to show we can compete at a higher level we fail (raiders probably lead the way in this). makes me wonder if as a league we are content to be a middle of the pack league.
