Lifer, if painter does not call off the dogs, a forty point loss will be a best case scenario.

This is just as much WSU giving up as it is Purdueโs superiority. Clear the bench.

I have been a proponent of toughening up our schedule but playing teams like this makes the program look like a div iii program. Playing quality mid majors makes sense but we are not getting enough money to make up for the damage done to our image playing games like this.

Not sure how many people are watching other than Purdue, WSU fans. But yeah I agree.

Not sure this really does anything for our team's ego or psyche. I know we rely on these games financially, but if losing a tough game to Marshall wasn't bad enough, we ran into a Mac truck tonight, which, being a Big10 fan, I knew was coming.
I like the buy games where we have a chance to be competitive or at least have an opportunity to learn about our team or find some parts of the game to work on. This game is none of that. This is take your paycheck, and get your ass kicked.

I am just across the bridge in Ft. Myers. We should have gotten together to watch this game.

They returned everyone from last year and had a great recruiting class.

I think it is a case of dollar signs overwhelming good thinking.

70-35 Purdue. We have played them pretty even this half.

Wilbourn gives us nothing folksโฆslow defensively, no offensive capabilityโฆplaying 4 on 5 at offensive end with him out thereโฆjust call it the way I see folksโฆand you all agree with me who are watching this game I don't agree with you. I see a guy who is coming off an injury being thrown into a game where he is playing against guys 4 inches and 9 inches taller than him.

I know most of our shots have been contested, but there have been plenty of missed opportunities near the rim.
