Ok, so I sign up for I-Heart radio on my phone. But when I listen to game broadcast I get music, not the live broadcast on 103
9. What am I doing wrong?

I had the same issue last game. I never had that issue with I-Heart radio when the games were on Big 106.5. I'm going to try it again today but have an old school radio as plan B.
