Seriously, this isn't fun to watch but it isn't anywhere close to be embarrassing. We are winning the game by 8 points for christ sake. Really? So showing that half of basketball to prospective recruits is a good representation of the product? Those are 2 different statements. No, I don't think that was a good representation of how we play basketball but it was far from embarrassing. In regards to talking to a prospective recruit I would point out that we had one of our worst offensive halves of basketball this season and we were still up 10 points. I'm not happy with that half of basketball but that was far from embarrassing. I lived through the Ed Schilling era. That was embarrassing. I lived through the Paul Biancardi NCAA scandal. That was embarrassing. I was around when Ralph Underhill was fired for shoplifting. That was embarrassing. Playing a crappy half of basketball is far from embarrassing in my book. |
