Excuses instead of solutions. I count Wilborn and Mann as bigs No program has EVER played 4 bigs at the same time. Suggesting that we try is not a solution. It's just a dumb idea Right, just keep passing the ball around the perimeter. IUPI is second ti the worst team in the country

Chucking up 3s when you are not a good 3 point shooting team is a bad idea. Playing 4 bigs when you only have 2 good ones is a bad idea. This roster has holes in it. We have been successful this year when our guys are active and have good ball movement. We have looked really bad when we get away from that.

Suggesting playing those 4 together is a solution is the funniest thing I've read on this board all year. No thanks. I'll stick with what Nagy is doing and our 19 point lead. The preferred option as was first suggested was to shoot the open 3. That would supposedly be the purpose of playing 4 on the perimeter. Why else?

Do you seriously not watch college basketball outside of Wright State? Everyone plays 4 on the perimeter nowadays. Since you do not understand that or why they do it, it is to spread out the defense to open things up for the post inside or for cutters. That is why having active guys and good ball movement is the key to it.

That is why having active guys and good ball movement is the key to it. The great teams that run a motion offense have a great inside player, a couple of really good 3 point shooters, and a couple of really good slashers. It is extremely hard to defend a team like that when they spread things out. Our problem is we don't have consistent 3 point shooting and Tanner is our only great slasher. Trey has done a much better job taking it inside the last 5-6 games though.

***Beaten dead horse alert***
We have this guy who is a really good 3 pt shooter...actually any point shooter. He plays bad defense. When we start games unable to throw the ball into the ocean, how does this guy not get a few minutes to heat things up? Not ten minutes...call it 5.
We can tolerate Voss chucking up three 3s in 6 minutes making NONE...while not getting a single rebound...but the other guy scores three points on one shot in 2 minutes with 2 rebounds and that's all he gets - yes I know it was garbage time - but he puts the ball through the basket...and we struggle big-time, too-often with that aspect.

Maybe you should go to the coaches show tomorrow and ask Nagy cause you aren’t going to find a new answer here.

Riley Voss isnt as good of a shooter as Manns but he's definitely a safer play on the other end of the court. I would like to see Manns get some playing time too but don't say that Voss can't shoot after having 1 bad game behind the arc. He hit 3 straight 3's in the first half of the Marshall game to get us right back in it.

Voss is shooting a better percentage from 3 than Manns is this year.
