Finke is a nightmare. The number of minutes he consumes is unbelievable.

Trey is clutch. Otherwise this season is kind of a tough watch with the inconsistency.

Got down big early and didn't have the defense to string any kind of defensive intensity together for more than a possession or two at a time. We're a middle of the pack team in a league we should have been the clear cut favorite to win and probably would have ran away with if we have our roster back.
This is just another bad loss in what is hopefully a blip on the radar in the grand scheme of this program. These losses are going to continue to happen because we suck defensively and we're incredibly streaky offensively outside of the paint. Oh well.

I will concede the Mastodons made a good number of shots with a hand in their face or otherwise heavily guarded.

I'm really growing tired of hearing "out defense needs to be better" while seemingly little is done and the defense continues to suck. It was bad last year and is even worse this year. Nagy isn't going to try a zone, but I believe the Raiders ran a full-court press against Green Bay. That's one of the rare times we've seen it when not trailing in the final minutes. With the depth we have, I'd love to see more full-court press and more minutes for some others. At the very least, throw it in sometimes to throw off the opposing team when we have more length (Welage) on the floor. Something needs to change...
Last night PFW's reserve point guard put up 19 points (and 2 assists and 3 steals). He got called for a technical foul for taunting in the 2nd half. He did it again minutes later after a made basket, but the refs missed it this time, as he blew a kiss and mouthed "you're my b****." It really shows how bad our defense is when a reserve Horizon League point guard can put up those numbers and do that.
