Lol. What an awful technical. YSU hung on the rim for about 10 seconds with his elbow through the rim on Thursday...HL officiating is just awful with consistency. That was 100% a tech, but who cares at the point. Trey deserves that dunk. |

That was 100% a tech, but who cares at the point. Trey deserves that dunk. My point was the YSU dunk was easily 4-5x as long, and he hung with an elbow and nothing was called. The inconsistencies are atrocious. |

Great win! Calvin is amazing. That is not a T imo not trying to be Homer. Who cares though Bobby mo did worst things when we last played.

These team still seems capable of being better, but they’ve improved a lot since some of the early season losses. You’ve gotta feel good about where we’re at all things considered.

The defense has significantly improved. YSU is throttling NKU right now. If WSU plays the rest of the year like they have the last 4 games they will be very tough to beat in the HL tourney. Getting a solid rotation among the 3 bigs tonight was huge and probably helped Finke played better. Sisley showed tonight he deserves 10-15 minutes a game...7 minutes is not enough. Huibregtse didn't score much but his defense was outstanding all night. Great team win.
On the second go round against the league WSU had played each team much better than the first time.

Look at the box score for the two RM games and note the distribution of minutes. The answer/solution has been on the team all year long. Re-watch the last YSU and RM games, make note of who is on the court during the ~15-2 runs in the second half of EACH game. IMO the difference is quite evident. |
