Will be big favorites in this game. Need to come out hot and keep the pressure on. IUPUI has had four of their last five losses decided by 6 points or less.
This game is not a guarantee despite how it looks.
That being said WSU has the capability to win by a lot and complete the season sweep after a 14-point win earlier in the year.

Is this the last game we get to play them as "Oooey Poooey" taking that we don't play them in the tournament, since IU and Purdue are parting ways?

This needs to be a feel good game for us tonight. With NKU looming, we can't look past IUPUI tonight. Doesn't seem like we got dealt a great hand having to play IUPUI while NKU just sits at home and watches this game (after NKU had a longer break before we played them last time...) We need to come out focused and aggressive and do the same thing we did against RMU. Crash the boards, feed our bigs, and hopefully get the foul line. There's not a tremendous amount of good games tonight, and there we some good officials working close by last night (Courtney Green @uk, Rob Riley & Brooks Wells @ IU) so hopefully we can avoid the usual circus of HL officiating we normally see on the weekends. Either way, we need to stick to our bread and butter and not fall in love with the deep shot. We've been questionable at home all year, but we need to go 2-0 if a top 4 seed is really a goal for this squad.

Somebody else mentioned it on the board but IUPUI has been playing much better since getting blown out by CSU in early Jan. Not reflected in their record though. Personally, I want to see if Nagy sticks to the rotation and minute allocation that has worked lately and also how well WSU defends. |

Well...that was unexpected...I fully believed we'd come out flat and potentially overlook IUPUI for the big game Friday. Glad I was wrong. Great team effort all around.

Raiders are up 63-37 with 17+ minutes to play. Hope we give the bench extensive minutes in the second half.
