Anybody else having trouble accessing their tickets? My wife bought the tickets thru her account since that's the account we use for season tickets. And she gets the usual TicketMa$ter line about "your phone is your ticket". But the tickets don't show up in the TM app on the phone under "my events". We waited overnight and they still didn't show up. She tried transferring the tickets to my account. I accepted the tickets and now I see them on the web. There is a nice note from ticketmaster "For the fastest way in, add your ticket to your digital wallet. (Heads up, this ticket won’t have a barcode.)" But of course there isn't a link or button to add them to my digital wallet. And I'm fairly sure the concept of digital wallet went away on ticketmaster several years ago. Normally when we buy concert tickets they just immediately show up in the app. You don't have to take any action to "load" them to your phone. But just like my wife I'm not seeing the tickets in the app on my phone. The only other clue I have is that if I go to ticketmaster.com i don't see the tickets on the web. the only way I see the tickets is to go to the am.ticketmaster.com/wrightstate/ link. It seems the tickets are stuck in WSU hell and not in the main ticketmaster area and so they aren't available on the app?

Aha!
When I accepted the transfer of the tickets I got a second email from TICKETMASTER. Which included a link to "View and Save Tickets". When I click on that I get a choice to view the link thru TICKETMASTER app or thru the web. (that's on my phone. on my PC it takes me straight to the website where I can't do anything.)
If I choose TICKETMASTER it opens the app but there are no tickets in my events.
If I choose to open the link thru the web it opens the ticketmaster.com/wrightstate page and the tickets are there. They display with the bar code. And you can add them to your GOOGLE WALLET. That's the "wallet" that was mentioned above. You can't actually use the ticketmaster app to view or save or use the tickets. You also can't take any action to add the tickets to your "wallet" on your PC, only on your phone.
Somebody owes me an hour of my life back.

I do not have season tickets, so every time I have bought Wright State basketball tickets I have to go through that hell. I don't get it. This is 2023. A simple transaction like that should not be so complicated.

I am trying to buy one of our two seats, but the default is both seats with no apparent way to change it to 1 ticket. If I could get through that, I might be able to "experience" they same frustration you guys have had.

I agree the whole electronic ticket process is clunky. Too many steps needed to get to them via the WSU website, and seems odd you can log in via your TicketMaster info, but can't actually access the tickets there. I did download mine to the Google Wallet for easy access (once i figured ot all out).

I had to buy all 6 of my season tickets through Wright State’s Ticketmaster account, no option for just some of them. I had to go through Ticketmaster not Wright State Ticketmaster, to buy just one of my tickets. It cost $5 more than what Wright State Ticketmaster showed as the price.

Be very careful with tickets...I just received a call asking me to buy my season ticket seats using a WalMart gift card. They were spoofing the athletics phone number as well.

No doubt the site is a nightmare. It’s a similar setup if you have an account with the Bengals and I’ve seen it elsewhere. Probably something Ticketmaster could improve upon.
Based on the ticket map there aren’t many seats sold. Hope there are a lot of walk ups tomorrow.

A quick follow up on this: I called the ticket office, 937-775-4934, and although I left a message, Gary from the office returned my call within an hour and got this resolved in a minute! I was very happy with the service and speed that the ticket office provided.
