I think we improve with our defense but will be pretty hard to watch on offense. We will probably be middle of the pack in this horrible conference. Still I have some hope we will be good but my expectations are low. We are going to struggle so at point guard. Still love the teams and hope we are able to be entertaining

Still love the teams and hope we are able to be entertaining I think point guard play may be better than most of us think. We now have a former point guard working with the players. Cole have more of an impact on point guard play. |

Man this season really snuck up on me, less than two weeks until we take down #15 Kentucky in their place to spoil their Calapari-less debut. Lol if only! Is there anyone who can say with confidence who are 5 starters are along with how deep we are going to go on the bench? I’d love to see 10 guys log minutes most games.

Well, I remember 12/30/1999, the Raiders took down Michigan State, who won National Championship in March. |

Well, I remember 12/30/1999, the Raiders took down Michigan State, who won National Championship in March. Wright State finished 11-17 that year. |

Yes and that one win was special I’m glad that you think of it that way, but it really wasn’t special. It could have been if it lead to a great season but it didn’t. To anyone who isn’t a Wright State fan, that game is forever remembered as a failure by the eventual national champions losing to a shitty Wright State program. As a Wright State fan, I look at the game as the epitome of that coach’s entire tenure at Wright State. He got his team up to beat a great team and did nothing with that success. That kind of win should have been a huge momentum builder going into conference play. It wasn’t. We ended the year several games below .500 and everyone looks at that game as a fluke loss for Michigan State, not a great win for Wright State. One game is just that, one game. If we start the year off by beating UK, it won’t mean jack shit if we finish the season 10-20. If we knock off UK and build on that to help springboard us into having a great season then it will be looked at as a great victory. |

Least excited for a season to begin than I have ever been.
Not sure how things will get better in current NCAA environment.
