My wife and I ran into a group of Central State Fans in Atlanta last year. They noticed my Wright State Hoodie. We chatted for a bit about the old rivalry between the schools when WSU was Division II. They asked where was Wright State located and seemed very surprised when I told them WSU was located in Fairborn, next to the Meijer on Colonel Glenn. That was sad that they live in Xenia and had no idea WSU was fifteen to twenty minutes away. Oh well. It is mid November and have no interest in College basketball yet. Perhaps it is the NIL money or the new coach, but haven't watched any games yet. Plan to pick up ESPN+ for the Horizon League games to be played in January and February. So far have followed the team just by reading the news and checking out this message board. The team has two good players, so the others need to step up, or it is going to be a rough season. Go Raiders!

I used to love those Central State games back in the 80s when I was a student and then as a recent grad. Some of those games were played at UD Arena. Good times.

A lot of guys are playing scared. Some full time and others part time. Need to find a way to loosen up as group.

I wish the av crew did more for these games. Coach interviews and more segments would be relatively easy and would enhance the viewing experience a great deal.
