we are not out of the woods yet. Sure this gives us a leg up to host the HL tournament but several things still have to happen.
Remember, if UWM wins at GB and UIC loses at Loyola then Butler still wins the tie breaker ( UIC & UWM will be tied again) so GB can't lay and egg at home against the Panthers.
If we beat YSU and GB beats UWM then we host the tournament.
We can still lose at YSU ( I hate to even say that) and still host the HL if Butler loses to either Loyola or Detroit ( not likely) and UWM doesn't win at GB and UIC loses at Loyola.
THANK YOU UIC!! We are now in the drivers seat.

I hate that we end the year at YSU on their senior night. Didn't we already start the year playing in 3-4 other schools home openners.

I am nervous that we are "once again" are looking for GB to help us out. First things first, we need to beat YSU.
I'm with you Fastbreak...........I wish it wasn't senior night at YSU.
I hope we have over 100 of our fans there.

UIC's win tonight should be all of the motivation we need. Brownell will make sure our players know that the HL championship is ours for the taking if we beat YSU.

I have no faith in UWGB winning this weekend. Their coach will find an innovative way to blow it.

Also if Butler loses to Loyola on Thursday, we get the number 1 seed no matter what else happens.

With Butler playing two more games and WSU, UIC and Milwaukee all playing one more game, there are 24 possible outcomes. 18 of them have us hosting the tournament at the Nutter Center. If we win against Youngstown, that rate goes to 11 out of 12.

Stop rooting against us! Aaaaah!
I thought there was mutual admiration for the past few years? What happened?
Root for UIC to lose, they're the tool boxes in this.
I hope you beat YSU, I do, but I think that rate of 11-12 is too much to root for us to lose.
