With YSU being in our side of the bracket and a very likely semi final opponent is any one a little weary of playing the "guins" in the semi's? We had absolutely NO answer to their zone defense last night. Throw in the fact that they have 2 legit big time scorers and you have to at least be concerned about meeting up with YSU. I do feel good that we have them on our home court but they are hot and have now won 5 out of 6 and will probably win against CSU and win their first round HL tournament game they will be hosting so they could come into the semi final game winning 7 out of 8 and having convincingly beat us the last time they played us.
Having said that I'd pick YSU to play instead of either Loyola or Butler. Speaking of hot teams, how many has the Ramblers won in a row?

With respect to YSU, it is highly unlikely that we will shoot that poorly again from the perimeter, especially at home. Twenty-five percent, are you kidding me?!? It took cold shooting and officiating which effectively did not allow us to remain aggressive on the defensive end like we were in the first half to lose that game last night. Our defense was good in the first half. But then the fouls started racking up.

We will have to beat a good team or two if we want to go dancing. Playing YSU in the semis could be just what the doctor ordered to make sure we are focused on that game and not looking ahead to the finals. We are playing at home for a chance to go to the NCAA's for the first time in 14 years; bring it.

I don't see us losing to YSU at home, but I really don't want to have to face them again.

I personally want to play to Penguins to get this nasty taste out of my mouth. After our latest performance I want a rubber match. I would be very confident in a rubber match on our home floor.

Bam, it would be nice to have another shot at YSU especially since they got HAMMERED by last place CSU.

They were playing without Roberts for most of the game. He was injured in the first half.
