After watching the US hockey team today almost beat the favored canadiens, anything is possible in the tourney. Some of my fellow raider fans will be negative when I talk about going to Hinkle next Sat 3/6, but my interest is in us making the dance. Come join me and help us make the finals -- ANYTHING can happen in the finals. Butler is good but not unbeatable. As far as I can tell, good tix are avaialble via ticketmaster in the bleacher seats, and good seats are available on stubhub in the lower section. If you need assistance on parking or other Indy issues , let me know.

wow -- I obviously should have waited to get 3/6 tix for semis -- stubhub now has lower level seats for about $20 -- when the Raiders win the tourney and Vaughn is mvp, maybe there will be a revote for Horizon 1st team

Rival's Horizon League tournament preview: When: March 2, 5-6, 9 Where: First round is at campus sites. Butler, the regular-season champ, hosts the quarterfinals and semifinals. The best remaining seed hosts the championship. TV for final: 9 p.m., ESPN Regular-season champ: Butler Format: All league teams qualified. The No. 1 and No. 2 seeds receive byes into the semifinals. Projected NCAA bids: 1-2 The buzz: Butler is an NCAA lock, and the only way the Horizon gets two NCAA bids is if the Bulldogs lose in this tournament. It's hard to see that happening, though. Butler was 18-0 in league play and won the regular-season title by six games. Fourth-seeded UW Milwaukee is a sleeper to watch. The Panthers have won five of their past six and they split their season series with second-seeded Wright State and third-seeded UW Green Bay. The pick: Butler collegebasketball.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1057869
