That sprain looks pretty bad on TV. Mark will be out a few weeks or more.

One of the worst home games I've ever watched as a fan of this team the last decade. Maybe second to the black out night against UIC a few years back. Absolutely throttled YSU in the first half leading by 14 at the break. Blow the lead in ten minutes playing paltry defense and sloppy ball handling. What kind of statement are we trying to make as a program losing to the bottom feeding team of the league over the last decade. Embarrassing.

We could make wide open shots and layups. They didn't come to play today. The last two games have been very sloppily played. these players should be carrying a basketball with them everywhere they go for next 5 days.

Terrible! I couldn't attend because I'm sick but watching this game online made me even sicker! Lethargic Alstork throwing up airballs and turning the ball over like he couldn't care less is wearing thin on me. I would love to see Steven Davis get another year but don't give 2 $hits if turnover Alstork returns!

This game says it all. Its going to take a couple years to construct a real team rather than just a collection of players.

Too many Turnovers. Too much 1 on 1 by Alstork and Davis. No way they should have lost this game.

Settle down folks. It was just twenty minutes of bad basketball. This season has been a lot of fun so far and the future looks bright. Last night during the Oakland vs Valpo game the announcers said that WSU was the third best team in the Horizon. The WSU players may of heard talk like this and started to believe that they are better than they actually are. Maybe the players felt that all they needed to do to beat Youngstown was to just show up. Hopefully this loss will get them to refocus. I wish we had a seasoned point guard running the offense and then Alstork wouldn't have to feel like he has to do everything himself. It wouldn't matter if we had a legit pg or not. Alstork is not a team player and thinks he can beat other teams 1 on 5. In fact he took the ball inside and did go 1 on 5 several times this afternoon. He's a good player. He is no where near the player he thinks he is. He either needs to start playing team basketball or like others have said above I hope he does leave after this season so we can bring someone in who wants to.

Hopefully Davis is ok. Shame about Hughes he was looking better the last couple outings. I'm like the rest I see an Alstork the last 5 or 6 games look frustrated and I don't think we have to be worried about him leaving to play somewhere better.

Alstork needs to let the games come to,him and not try to take over the game. I hope they react to this game and turn the ship around in the same way MSU did after Dec. 31/1999. Don't expect to win a National Championship but win a lot more games. One surprising part to me is the turn overs. You can expect more with up pace play but a lot of their turn overs have bee unforced and not because of the pace of the game.
