From what I hear Stucky is interested in WSU. Also, other schools are using the 'Brownell won't stay long at WSU' angle against the Raiders during their recruiting of Scott. This is to be expected the more successful Wright State becomes under BB. Honestly, this is much better than what other schools said about our last head coach. Seriously though, as you already stated, this is something to be expected. Every good Mid-major coach has to deal with this on the recruiting trail. I don't think it is going to hurt our chances with anyone. In regards to Brownell's future. I don't see it happening anytime soon. I honestly think he is happy here and won't leave us unless a coaching job opens up at a major program closer to home (IU, Purdue, ND, etc). I hope that doesn't happen for at least a few years and when it does happen I hope we are smart enough to give one of our assistant coaches a chance to take over the program. I think one of the reasons Butler has been so successful over the last decade is the continuity between their coaching staffs. I hope Coach Brownell never leaves Wright State, but I am a realist and just hope he leaves the program in good hands when he moves onto bigger and better things.

I know for a fact that Scott Stucky will be attending the Butler game. He is looking forward to the game. If you see him, let him know that we ALL want him to become Raider. See nybuckeye's original post for the picture. He may be wearing the Dublin Coffman Letter jacket (Black coat, Green D)
I also let him know about the 2 ESPN games coming up.
Go Raiders!!!!

Don't forget:
If you see Stucky (pictured above) at the Butler game in a Black Dublin Coffman letter jacket w/ a green D, let him know how good he would look in green & gold in '08! It couldn't hurt when trying to land more recruits.
BTW: Stucky spoke with Coach Donolan last night and was told that the game is a sellout!!!!
GO RAIDERS!!!!!!!
