Winchester is transferring to Florida Atlantic. Last year they finished 11th in the 14 member C-USA with a 6-12 conference record and overall record of 9-19 vs D I comp.

This is a pretty good example of why you shouldn't listen to those "friends" who keep telling you that you are too good for where you are at. He listened and decided to transfer thinking he was going to have a ton of schools interested in him and that obviously didn't turn out the way he wanted it to. |

bbj, not sure you will need your toes. I do think Winchester made a huge mistake. he will not sniff the dance his two remaining years. I do not know ew but maybe his thinking is better a big fish in a small pond. maybe he prefers to be the star on a losing team than be a cog in a winning team.

I don't really understand why that puts things in a different perspective. He barely played last year after Gentry was eligible and we have have another true PG coming in this year's recruiting class. He knew he wasn't going to play next year and dropped down a level so he could get some court time.
