RECORD: OVERALL HOME AWAY
ALL GAMES........... (15-5) (8-1) (7-3)
CONFERENCE.......... (8-2) (4-1) (4-1)
NON-CONFERENCE...... (7-3) (4-0) (3-2)
Their starting five are based on their last game against UW-GB. Only 7 players played more then 13 minutes & and 8th player played 7 minutes so against G-B they basically only played 7 guys.
Starters:
Ed McCants G 6-3 200 Sr. 16.9 ppg
Joah Tucker F 6-5 220 Jr. 14.1 ppg, 6 rpg
Boo Davis G 6-3 190 Jr. 9.7 ppg
Adrian Tigert F 6-7 240 Jr. 9.1 ppg, 6.9 rpg, 2.4 apg
Chris Hill G 5-10 160 Jr. 8.4 ppg, 3.3 apg
Reserves:
James Wright F 6-6 220 4 ppg, 4.2 rpg
Derrick Ford C 6-10 240 3.9 ppg
Mark Pancratz G 6-3 185 Jr. 2.4 ppg
They have to be the smallest team we play. Their 2 post players are only 6-5 & 6-7 yet they win despite their size. Tigert is 240 put Zach matches him in height and size and Tucker is only 220 lbs. so we have a size advantage especially when Jordan is in the game. I'd like to see Jordan a lot against UWM to try and exploit their lack of size.
Top 3 pt shooters:
Hill .42
Tigert .383
McCants .38
Davis .316
Overall as a team they shoot .354
Top FT shooters:
McCants .825
Tigert .762
Hill .723
Overall as a team they shoot .685
Top FG PCT:
Tigert .555
Hill .481
Tucker .464
Overall as a team they shoot .444
- They average 13.8 TO's per game.
- They average 72.9 ppg
Hopefully we show up and play with a sense of urgency. I would hope that since they are in 1st place in the HL motivation won't be a problem.
My keys to the game:
- We need to keep the score in the low to mid sixties.
- Keep them off the offensive boards.
- Control the tempo, don't get into a run and gun game.
- Make our FT's
- Keep our TO's to 14 or less.
This game is going to be brutal. We need to protect our home floor.
