It’s always been about the money. At the very least they should do away with the one and done rule in basketball. Kids should have the freedom to go pro and make money if they think that’s what’s best for them, rather than being held hostage by the NCAA for one year.

The one-and-done is the NBA having an age limit. The NCAA is just an option to play the one year.
In the last day or two, Coach Cal said on the Dan Patrick show that Kentucky gives their guys a scholarship for life and they can come back at any time and take as long as they need.
Coach Brown mentioned on Kinner and Schlemmer yesterday that the Pell Grant is available to all of the players in addition to the stipends. Wonder if any of the guys get a little extra spending money.
