Just some tidbits I picked up from the radio show.
Walt Chancellar is almost averaging a double/double. He averages 10 ppg & 9 rpg. PB descripted him as a banger who he sees more as a role player who does his work around the basket.
Like most of us on the board, PB and his coach's are always encouraging Jaron to be more aggressive on offense. He did say Jaron needs to be set before he shoots unlike Zakee who can square up off the dribble and elevate.
PB describe Scotty Wilson as and athletic wing who can hit the three. I was pumped to hear that he has 3 range. This team can use that next year. Scotty might be the sleeper of the bunch next year. He is over looked alot but he might end up being a solid contributor next year.
Did any one else pick up on something that I missed?

"he shoots unlike Zakee who can square up off the dribble and elevate."
I honestly don't agree with this. As I have watched the last couple of games I have thought that Zakee must be set to be able to shot the three. We act like he is a great shooter. He is only shotting 35% from 3. I think this is because he struggles shooting off the dribble.
Just my opinion.

WSUGRAD, I was paraphrasing PB. I do agree with you that Zakee tends to rush his shot at times. Lately he is either hot or cold. If he misses his first couple of shots it usually means a long night from down town for him. He is still our best 3 pt shooter on the team. As has been mentioned before I think it is criticial that with this last ship we get someone who can hit the 3. I was happy to hear that Scotty has that ability.

Raiderfan - I was not coming at you. I was just stating I didn't agree. Sorry if you felt I was coming at you. I think if you read my post again you will see I was talking to the masses.

No offense taken WSUGRAD. I was just clarifying. If anything my original post was ambiguous and could have easily been interpreted as though I was making the comment.
I appreciate your thoughts and comments.
One of the weakness of this team is its lack of a consistent outside game. Other have mentioned this before but we sure could use Alex Koch on this years team. He might not have started or played the 30+ minutes he played last year but he would have logged 18+ minutes and contributed to our outside game. This is just my opinion.
Sorry if my first reply to you seemed defensive.
