Wright State has Ohio this afternoon, currently scoreless in the Bottom of the 1st. It's my first home game of the season as the P.A. Announcer.

Yes our RPI will drop every game, but if we dominate our schedule and have a win total similar to that of 3 years ago (our record breaking season, which I think this team is very capable of), then we should be seeded very well come regionals. It’s about time we won a regional too

I don't know about a minimum number of teams to continue but, they do need a minimum number for an automatic bid. So, I guess you'd need an at-large bid or find another conference for baseball.

I think the last time the number of teams was a problem, the HL got a waiver to fix it.
Maybe it would force the conference to work a little harder to add someone, although men's basketball wouldn't necessarily be a priority in the decision.
