Schedule tomorrow must have changed...at least, it doesn't look right to me. Maybe someone had to back out and they found a replacement but, good job today.

The Raiders RPI has slipped down to 50, but Milwaukee's RPI has one up 15 spots to 103. One more win or loss against a crappy team and WSU will fall out out Q1. The rest of our games are all going to drop us in the RPI so this isn’t worth tracking. Raiders are at 47 in the RPI. After the upcoming weekend series against a lowly UIC squad (245) we have our last few shots at decent teams RPI wise in the coming weeks before getting into the thick of the league schedule. Two against Xavier (37) and a road game at Indiana (35). |

Raiders lost to UIC 6-1 last night in the first of this weekend's 3 game series. We just won game 2, 10-3.

Raiders finished it off 7-1.
Don't like posting scores during events because they are most likely outdated by the time they are read ( if not by the time it is typed and posted ). Knew the Raiders scored in the first so, didn't get where the no score comment from raiderrunt was coming from.
Anyway, good news from the diamond ( at least, the baseball diamond ).

An interesting stat--in the RPI the Raiders do not have a losing record vs teams in any of the four Quads, they are 3-3 vs Quad 1 teams, 2-2 vs Quad 2 teams, 1-0 vs Quad 3 teams and 8-1 vs Quad 4.
The next two games are against Xavier a Quad 1 team. Wright State is 39-32 all-time versus Xavier.

Raiders take a tough home loss today to Xavier. The Raiders blew a 6-1 lead after 3 innings, but the Musketeers scored 3 in the 4th and 4 in the 5th.
Raiders fought back to send it to extra but gave up a run in the top of the 10th that that couldn't match in the bottom half. Final was 9-8.
Evan Moores takes the L.
Raiders take on Xavier tomorrow afternoon in Cincinnati.

Wright State picks up a 10-0 win at Xavier.
Wirsing picks up his third win, with Von Hollen and Slone helping secure the shutout.
Raiders host Youngstown State this weekend for three.
