Is there a reason we don't dunk it? I don't think Parker can. Legitimately. Any opportunity he's ever had to dunk it - even if he was completely alone in the paint - he has put up a pump fake and shot a layup. Does anyone remember him dunking? |

But why can't Love dunk? We miss too many layups, kind of embarrassing. |

We have got to stop playing so damn soft. When we should be dunking it we try to put up a lay up. When we should be going in for a lay up and trying to draw contact we do some contortionist type move to avoid contact and put up a shitty shot. Coach really needs to show the guys some video of Vaughn Duggins taking the ball inside. He either made a lay up and got a +1 or he got 2 free throws. You get rewarded for playing aggressive. You aren't when you play soft.

You aren't when you play soft. I am so glad someone is seeing this besides me. I've been saying it all season to my wife and I do not understand it. We don't have soft players. On defense our guys will all stand under the basket and take a charge vs a guy going full speed all game long. All of our guys will dive on the floor for a loose ball with no regards for their body. I don't get why no one wants to take it to the hoop with the same type of aggressiveness. |
