Battle for first place!
Two questions:
Has anyone heard if they're doing a T-shirt giveaway at the gate on Friday?
Do they still sell WSU T-shirts by the main entrance?
Excited to attend my first home game this year!

Ok students and hoop fans. Friday night the place to be in Dayton is the Nutter for that game. May decide the regular season title or go a long way toward deciding it. I will be tuned in on espnu.. it has been nice seeing those Friday night games. Fill the Nutter and bring a win home. GO RAIDERS!!!!!!!!

NKU will certainly bring some constituents. Last year two of them bought the seats next to me (very nice couple), but we need our students to show the heck up.

Chris Collins said something about being a blackout ( too early for notes to be listed for game as far as promotions/giveaways ). Nice that there was a little over 5,000 for Detroit. How about 7,000 or more on Friday.

NKU crushed Wright State for butts in the seats on Saturday night. The Raiders has 5045 fans and NKU had 6792. I think it was the first time this year they had a bigger crowd than we did when we played on the same night.
I seriously, hope we can get north of 7000 fans for Friday's game.

It would be awesome to get 7,000+ fans, I hope the athletic department puts on a ton of events to make it happen. Free t-shirts, free pizza, dollar beers, professor dunk tanks, whatever it takes.

Just bought my tickets. Haven't shopped for tickets this year but was surprised how many were unavailable as far as the better seats. Hope this is a sign of a big night!

Not that they couldn't uncover some sections but, I'd think 8,000 would be considered a sell-out.

Last night's Oakland NKU game was the highest attended game for a Horizon home team this season. Furthermore, our run of leading the league in attendance is certainly in jeopardy. NKU is hot on our tail. This game should be the highest attended game all season and should cement our spot atop the league attendance figures.

NKU is offering students a ticket, a bus ride, and a tshirt for $5. Amazing what got can do with a properly funded budget.

I hope we have a better showing from the spirit squads. I went to my first game this year against Green Bay and there were only 5 cheerleaders and about 10 kids in the band

All I care about is we get a win on national TV vs NKU. The team is starting to hit on all cylinders now.

The game is a blackout - they told the crowd at the Detroit game to wear black along with our team. So I assume team will wear our black jerseys and we don't have any money give out free shirts but kindly ask everyone to wear their own.
