I called this in HL Scoreboard thread. The dude scored in droves this weekend, but he also missed a boatload of shots. While the scoring line is a plus, he's just not a very good shooter. I thought Grant would have won it after Friday's game, but he wasn't nearly involved enough on Saturday (which is a testament to Love having such a monster game.) I mean, clearly our two-headed monster was the POTW, but that's just not how it works. If the Raiders sweep UIC this weekend, on the road, I would imagine that Holden or Love is POTW, because they are going to be serious factors this weekend. |

There’s a whole lotta stuff to happen before you start naming POTW winners. We’ve had some nightmares against UIC recently, so this one is particularly tricky from a curse standpoint. Having said that, Love didn’t win his award during league play, (and he shared it at that!) so he’s certainly on the list of probable winners this week. |

Tough to say this, but Davis wins POTW again. The dude doesn't pass the ball, and takes 25% of the shots for Detroit, and 35% of their 3's, all while leading the team with 59 turnovers, and being the 8th best statistical shooter on their roster. Thought Love made a great push for it this week, but here we are...
