Detroit up 2 at the half, but their defense is on life support. No ability to lock down at all. Feels like I'm watching a pickup YMCA game where nobody knows anything, but everyone can shoot. Yeah, not looking good at the moment. Seems like Detroit is just playing a bunch of one-on-one.

Officials gave this one to CSU with two massive calls under a minute which gave CSU 4 free points at the stripe.
Everybody will wait with bated breath for Monday's rankings.
DET 64 @ CSU 71

A 2 game swing would have been amazing but I'm thrilled that WSU is tied for first with two games left!

IUPUI 72 @ YSU 70
Jaguars pull off a late comeback and snatch one at Beeghly. Marcus Burk with a game high 24 to lead the way.
RMU 74 @ DET 85
Titans win in a game they controlled for 40 minutes. Antoine Davis led all scorers with 26.
OAK 86 @ MKE 81
Panthers make a huge run, but needed 2 more minutes to complete an epic comeback.

IPFW pulls it off! A back and forth affair the entire way goes for the Mastodons on the back of Jalon Pipkins who made 3 consecutive field goals under 3 minutes.
Final from Fort Wayne:
CSU 68 @ IPFW 75
Raiders can clinch at least a shared league title with a victory tomorrow. Interesting what could possibly happen with seeding now that CSU has another loss to a lower half team.

UIC potentially helps us out with our SOS in the "magic formula" eeking a home victory over Green Bay. UIC missed game clinching FTs and Green Bay had a chance. The half court heave by Lucas Steiber landed well short. Hopefully similar success tomorrow.
Final from Chicago:
Green Bay 58 UIC 61
Last note, all HL games are at 5 EST tomorrow except GB @ UIC.

RMU 61 @ DET 80
Antoine Davis goes for 29. Looking like the only other serious threat to Love's HLPOTY award.
CSU 67 @ IPFW 55
Vikings control the second half behind an obnoxious and arguably classless bench which was prematurely counting down the shot clock and inbounds clocks while IPFW had the ball.

I really hope during the Horizon tourney the refs enforce the rules and force their bench to sit down.

Extra classy: CSU had it with 0.3 between the game clock and shot clock. IPFW stood down on defense and waited for things to run out. Instead of holding it, the CSU guy put up a three with no one within five feet of him and three seconds left on the clock. Not cool.
