Well that momentum quickly went away. Down 59-51 now. We can’t win when we don’t bully people down low. We’re not a good enough shooting team. We’re 8/16 from 3. We’ve taken a couple bad, quick shots but it’s hard to do better than that. We’ve went 0/6 since I said this. Whoops.

James Manns is already plotting where he’s going to shoot from if we need a three on the last possession.

Raiders by 30 tomorrow. Book it.
IPFW leads Cleveland State if you're looking for something to watch.

James Manns is already plotting where he’s going to shoot from if we need a three on the last possession. Love it but really he should. No surprise wsu getting f on the calls. People remember it really doesn't matter. 1. We need to win the hl tournament. 2. We will probably win by 15 tomorrow. I dont think this will hurt potential seeding its too far away and there will be upsets that will help us out. Even if we lose tomorrow, which we won't.

Stats almost identical except NKU hit 10-23 from 3, Raiders 8-23. Rebounds, turnovers, FTs were all a push.

We certainly couldn’t develop any decent rhythm. They’ll bounce back tomorrow, learn and do what needs to be done.

I'd say a 12-seed is highly unlikely now, but a 13-seed is still very possible. There's really no telling though. When you are getting the auto bid from a one-bid league, it really matters who the other auto bids are competing for those seeds. Upsets in conference tournaments will have a huge impact.
The one result I'm pretty certain of after tonight: The only way the Raiders can be the #1 seed in the Horizon tourney is with a win tomorrow and another CSU loss. With PFW picking up the win, CSU will have a much better strength of schedule.

With PFW picking up the win, CSU will have a much better strength of schedule. WSU lost to the 3rd place team on the road, Cleveland State lost to the 11th place team on the road...wouldn't that help WSU more than Cleveland? WSU's strength of schedule will improve from last week, but it only comes close to leveling the strength of schedule with CSU. After Saturday's games, both teams will have played everyone twice, with 3 exceptions: UIC (WSU x 2; CSU x 0 ), RMU (WSU x 2; CSU x 0) and PFW (WSU x 0; CSU x 4). Robert Morris is clearly in last place, well behind PFW. To compensate for that, WSU would need UIC to be equally ahead of PFW and unfortunately that just isn't going to happen. A loss to PFW obviously hurts CSU in the standings, but it helps their strength of schedule in comparison to WSU since they play PFW 4 times.

We moved up one spot in the NET this morning, as did CSU.
This is, indeed, a strange universe.

Lol the speculation of seeding is annoying and acting like wsu is screwed by having an off game against a mediocre team, which was still close, is dumb and a waste of energy. It would have been nice to win, duh. But you all need to relax we know we need to win the tournament to go dancing. Rather they lose now and figure it out. Where we end up is where we end up but we won't really have an idea until the conference tournament is done. Example CBS idiot had us as 16.
