Covid tracking pass question

Can someone explain what the "Covid Tracking Pass" is in order to attend Wright State Baseball or Soccer games? I went looking for ticket info and saw on the website only individuals on the Covid tracking pass list can go to games. Does that mean those who have only been vaccinated are able to attend WSU sporting activities?
