A couple of takeaways from last night"
The guys who were supposed to be important to us did their jobs. Grant got double teamed every minute he was on the floor and that cut back his scoring. LE had a great perimeter game going or it wouldn't have been as close as it was.
Keaton Norris is going to help us. 18 minutes-2 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 points. He looked steady in his first game. Andy Neff got good minutes and I was impressed by the fact that he has gained strength in his upper body. we'll get good minutes from him, too.
James Manns came in to mop up at the 5:30 mark. He played within himself and did a good job with the lineup he was on the floor with. Got 2 points from mid-range, set some nice screens, took one 3 that I saw and generally looked like he knew his role. If he continues with
this he'll get minutes and help us.
I honestly think we COULD play 10 deep if we needed to since we didn't see Noel or Wilborn. We won't, but we could.
