This is a transfer from WKU. In 2021 he was 2-2 with a 6.97 ERA. In 2022 he was 0-8 with an 9.25 ERA. His stats are similar to a lot of our current pitchers. I think the coaching he will receive at WSU may very well launch his career to a much higher level. |

Ben Vore is a transfer from UC. He was 0-1 with a 6.75 ERA in 13 and 1/3 innings pitched. Batters hit .255 against him. He looks like an addition with a huge upside. |

Another transfer from UC. Smith hit .147 in 34 at bats with one home run. Perfect Game had him rated as the 258 best player in the country in HS and the 15th best catcher. He was the 5th best player in Ohio and rated as the #1 catcher in Ohio as a HS senior. I think this was a good get. |

He is a righthand pitcher from Penn HS in the South Bend, IN area sporting a 6-0 record in HS in 2022. Shoetzow threw 33 1/3 innings this year, leading to a 1.68 ERA and collected 47 strikeouts. |

FB, SL and CH. I am sure it is obvious but what the heck are those pitching stats?? I know W, L and ERA but cannot figure that out the others.

For the second time in program history, #RaiderGang has a Top 100 Recruiting Class. Perfect game has Wright State ranked as the 81st best recruiting class with an average player rating of 2.40. Wright State does a great job of getting talent from Ohio but needs to get the average rating for players up a little. A run deeper into the post season would probably help a lot.
