Areas in Need of Improvement

So, I am no expert, but as a fan, here are just a few things I believe need improvement as gleaned from my seat in section 205:
1. GO UP! I don't know how many times AJ has received the ball under the hoop and waits too long to go up with the ball. Maybe they're coached to wait to try to draw the foul, but that doesn't seem to always work out (basket and the foul), so I think I'd rather just get the ball and go up for a higher % shot. If you're a great foul shooter, maybe that makes sense...
2. It looks like we are very frequently about a second slow with a pass to the post. I realize things are probably much easier to see from my vantage point, than from the players' perspective, but seems we've had many turnovers and/or missed open players due to hesitancy throwing it in there.
3. Need to get after the ball. This has seemed to improve a bit lately, but seems we have usually had players that really get after loose balls, diving on the floor, etc. These guys don't seem to play with quite the urgency on defense that I'm used to seeing from our team.
I realize there are likely many more, but these seem to be my common frustrations game after game.
Bonus area in need of improvement: Cheerleader throwing arms -- those tiny balls and T-shirts never seem to get much past the lower section of seats!
