Who's HOT & who's NOT?

Who are the hottest teams coming into the tournament. Here are how the HL teams have fared in their last 4 games. This includes the Bracket Buster games. I choose only the last 4 games because this shows how they have preformed over the last 2 weeks.

Butler 3-1
CSU 0-4
Detroit 3-1
Loyola 4-0
UIC 2-2
UW-GB 1-3
UWM 4-0
WSU 3-1
YSU 1-3

It comes as no surprise that both Loyola and UWM are the hottest teams with us, Butler, & Detroit all next at 3-1.

It does concern me that Butler seems to have gotten hot at the right time. We better be ready to defend the 3's tomorrow night.

Tonights game against Butler concerns me. First Butler is on a roll having won 3 of their last 4 and they seem to be hot from the perimeter. If I recall the last game we played them we defended the three pretty good but Polk killed us in the post. I remember Drew, Jordan, and Zach all struggling to contain Polk. We probably can't afford to have a guard double down and help our interior defense because then Butler's long range bombers will have a field day. If we play perimeter defense like we did Sunday versus Green Bay we will get run off the court.

I think our best hope is to pound the ball into the post and let Zach and Jordan take it strong to the hoop. Hopefully we can get Polk and Crone into foul touble and thus alliviate Polk as and offensive threat.

I really want to finish at least .500 so this game is a must win!
