If Tanner and Alex can cutdown on their turnovers we will be able to win this game. Both were major contributors with their assists.

I think Purdue Fort Wayne lost all 5 starters from last year's team... I noticed their two top scorers were transfers, one from UIC, the other from Wisconsin Parkside. They averaged just about 7ppg at their schools respectively last year, and their 3rd leading scorer Anthony Robertson averaged about 7ppg at PFW last year.
Now they all average at least 14ppg. Incredible job coaching so far by their Coach Jon Coffman.

Yep, a couple bad turnovers and not getting the rebound on that second to last set of free throws was not a good way to end the half.

One of my pet peeves, how many times do we need to run the clock down to 8 seconds before we learn that isn't enough time to run enough offense to get a good shot? So far that is about forty times over the past five years and we have a success rate of about ten percent.

He had a pretty good look at it, just didn't go down. 51-40 at the half. Hopefully the defense sticks around for the second half.
