I am happy Valparaiso is in the Horizon League too. The Crusaders are doing a good job in the HL, and I bet it's nice not to take a trip to Utah (for Southern Utah in the Mid-Con/Summit). It truly is a nice fit into the HL.
Not to stray from the topic, but if the HL wanted to add an eleventh team, which one would the Horizon League invite?

I didn't know that, and yes it is pathetic.
The K.C. Athletic Club? I know it's in the 1920's, but still.

Like RaiderHulk said, this will be great momentum heading into Milwaukee. No matter what, it's always hard to play the Panthers in Wisconsin.

As I also look at wsuraiders.cstv.com's box score, I noticed that the Yahoo Box score does not include Belmont's technical foul in the second half.

To the reply about "What is a Moc?"
I read that the Mocs were changed from Moccasains in 1996.

Wright State jerseys. Baseball, basketball. Hell, any WSU jersey would be nice.
Yes, I already have one of those football jerseys. GO RAIDERS

I believe Youngstown State is the Worst HL program in basketball, but that's just my opinion. So far this season, Youngstown State has won only to Weber State, Lock Haven, and Saint Francis (PA). Are the last two Division I?
FYI, Tonight's game for the Penguins is against Akron.

This will help out the Raiders the rest of the season. Not only for the Dr. Pepper Tourney, but with the Horizon League road trips. Good job Raiders

This game can go either way. If WSU plays well, we'll win. If we don't, the Titans will win.

Just like their idiot fans throwing items on the court during their bracket buster game. Way to represent the HL. What is worse is that they had fans on their message board DEFENDING the idiots that threw stuff on the court. They also have a thread with the phone numbers for O'Reilly, the BB sponsor, so their fans can call and complain to them. What a bunch of crybaby fools! At least Coach Stevens doesn't approve.

I am pretty excited to find out who we play. I also hope it is close to WSU as well.

I think Brownell went out of his way this past season to embrace the student body at WSU. I think student support will continue to increase as our success grows. I hope that is the case. There should be no excuses (except work and classwork, of course) to not go to a Raiders game. It's free for students!

For the women: That Boston College game is going to be tough, and this is the earliest that the team started play (according to wsuraiders.com). They have a tough schedule this year.
For the men: I'm really excited for the Miami game. What league is the Presbyterian College in? Are they even in Division I?
I see a great year for both teams. GO RAIDERS!

It does look like a nice place. I read somewhere on this board whenever the new place opens, the Green Bay coach would be let go.

Thanks for the welcoming everyone!
It would be nice to have more sponsors other than McDonald's. I am pretty pumped for this year for some Raider ball!
