Jordan Pleiman has a HL championship ring and went to the Dance in a Raider's uniform. I'll take his championship ring over anyone's stats any day of the week. Over Bill Edwards' stats? jk

Jordan Pleiman was one of the top rebounders in the league when you consider the fan-friendly style of play that limited the game to five possessions per game. He also shot 60% from the field despite never jumping. As a sophomore, Israel Sheinfeld averaged 17 points and 7.7 rebounds

BTW, I liked Pleiman's game a lot. He was a key cog for us for a while, including on our last NCAA Tourney team.

Do I need to remind everyone that Parker Ernsthausen - who is a starter, btw - still has a year of eligibility?
Best charge taker I've ever seen. Can you plant your feet to greatness?

My question is, with a name like "Lou Love," (which he started going by when he signed with WSU)how does this guy not have a ubiquitous nickname yet? It's just RIPE for wordplay!
You can't stack up to the Ukraine Train without a clever nickname.
I'm gonna go with The Love Muscle. Let the discussion go from there.

Yeah, we have to have some standards on this message board, however meager than may be.

Bruno Petersons anyone! In all seriousness, I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Thad Burton, who I'd probably put ahead of Israel based on his athletic ability. But the one thing AJ had at the end on all of the others was a legit outside shot, in addition to his post game he developed the last two years. And, he was an excellent FT shooter. I'd vote for top three of AJ, Thad, and Israel. Great thread by the way in the winter doldrums....

"Someone else" here. The answer is obviously yes. I mean, are we limiting it to actual big men, or are we counting the poor guys Donlon forced into being big men? Right off the too of my head, Jerran Young was a better player than anyone who's played underneath for a while, but he obviously wasn't a traditional "big man" Shit, then maybe we should throw Joe Thomasson into the discussion:)
