The Raiders will be lucky to still be in the Top 100 after this series. Home game 3 pm EDT today 4/5, 4/6 1 pm and 4/7 noon. Consider it eroded. We crapped our pants to a team with 5 wins on the season. Back at it tomorrow.. |

Another Raider pitching nightmare cost us a series to arguably the worst team in the league. Raiders fall 7-6.
Not a good weekend for the Raiders. One of the worst we've had in the last half dozen years.

Wright State avoided the sweep today with a 9-1 win at Northern Kentucky.
UIC went 1-2 against Youngstown State, so the Raiders are still a half game back of the Flames (UIC and Milwaukee only played two.) However, NKU and Oakland are 6-6 and not far behind.
By the way, former Raider Caleb Sampen won his debut with the Bowling Green Hot Rods, Single-A affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays.

Fairborn, Ohio - The Wright State baseball team announced minor changes Thursday to its weekend schedule for their series against the Oakland Golden Grizzlies.
The Raiders and Golden Grizzlies were originally scheduled to play a single game Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, but due to inclement weather in the forecast for Sunday, the schedule has been amended. The two teams will now play a single game on Friday at the originally scheduled time of 3:00 PM, and have now scheduled Saturday as a double-header to avoid playing on Sunday. Saturday's games will get underway at 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM at Nischwitz Stadium.
