NKU starting PG Robinson heads to the locker room after turning his ankle. He hopped on one foot to the tunnel. Hope he’s okay

This week has wrapped up in pretty simple fashion. WSU and NKU swept the weekend with handy defeats all around.
IUPUI also swept the weekend handling Oakland in front of 2500 third graders on Thursday and thumping Detroit on Saturday. It was a split show out in Chicago where the Flames thumped Detroit, but lost by 13 to Oakland.
In a bigger surprise, Cleveland State earned their first win on the season against Youngstown State in front of barely 1000 people at the Wolstein Center.
NKU retains the top spot after this week as the Raiders (and the rest of the league) are looking for them to slip up. The Raiders and Grizzlies are tied for second with WSU having the head to head tiebreaker, which is essentially useless right now. This week's action clears up the 3-loss logjam a bit.
NKU 8-1 WSU 6-3 OAK 6-3 IUPUI 5-4 DET 5-4 UWGB 4-5 UWM 4-5 UIC 4-5 YSU 2-7 CSU 1-8
Next weekend, CSU and YSU head to east Michigan to take on Detroit and Oakland. (Thursday / Saturday) WSU and NKU travel to Indy and Chicago to take on IUPUI and UIC (Thursday / Saturday) Milwaukee travels to Green bay on Friday night.
Games to watch:
WSU @ UIC, 9pm Friday, ESPNU. Can WSU avenge a physical OT loss to the hands of the Flames earlier this season?
Not much else to see here. Michigan teams should sweep, and NKU had no trouble dispatching either IUPUI or UIC in their earlier meetings this season, but I guess you never know.

YSU rallied in the 2nd half to steal one at Oakland, 75-74. Fun game to watch. Tied at 50 at the half and back and fourth the entire 2nd half. Would not have been as close as the final score if Quizzenbarry (SP) hadn't missed some free throws down the strech. He did make two to give them a 4 point lead with a little over 2 seconds left.

IUPUI was losing by ten to NKU at one point in the first half and then was leading by 13 at one point also...but at the end of the half IUPUI leads by 9. Fingers = crossed

Well, "I guess you never know" has clearly prevailed.

Youngstown State with their best road series ever concluded with a victory at Calihan hall to sweep the Michigan road trip in two large upsets.
Cleveland State got blown out twice and has pretty much guaranteed not to make the league tournament.

UIC hit a 3 pointer with 2.5 seconds left to defeat NKU handing the Norse only their second road series sweep since joining the Horizon. (Wisconsin, Jan 2017)
Final score:
UIC 69 NKU 67
And things just got reaaaalll interesting. It is anyone's league to win. We have more home games remaining than anyone else in contention.
One another game of interest, Go Rams! (Anyone but Brady).
