No Potter for the ot and a bunch of minutes leading up to the ot just makes me scratch my head. Missed layups the story...and terrible 3 point shooting in the first half

Very entertaining game. Good exposure for the Horizon League on ESPN2 tonight. I hope that was sarcasm. This was an embarrassment for us and the HL. Both teams played like shitty high school teams the way neither team could buy a basket most of the game. |

Atrocious game, just atrocious. I lost count but we probably left 20 points at the rim in missed layups and finger rolls. Flush two or three of those down the tube and we win this game handily and in regulation.
I don’t understand why Potter continues to ride the bench but Nagy keeps Vest and Parker in the game, neither of which are half the athlete as Potter.
Just the start we needed in league play. I’ve been saying all season how bad we’ve been playing on the road and now those issues have bled into the conference portion of the schedule with a shit start at home, which is something we have historically never struggled with. Going to be a long season I’m afraid.

Another loss with a few seconds on the clock. We let the flames get to half court pretty much uncontested. Nobody on the inbounds pass. To beat all they only had five players to play. Didn’t need their bench at all.

This just isn’t our year. And with all of the injuries and the circumstances this team has been in, it’s expected. It’s felt like nothing goes our way this whole year.
