FWIW, when I looked earlier today, ESPN upcoming schedule shows the game as ESPN3 ( same for Miami on the 9th ).

What are everyone's predictions on our starting lineup?

What are everyone's predictions on our starting lineup? I would guess if everyone is 100% it would be Gentry, Hall, Wampler, Dozic and Love. I would see Potter getting the nod over Hall as well since he is coming off injury.

Dozic has been limited this fall with some small nagging injuries and Basile has been playing very well. If we go big I think Basile starts in front of Dozic. I think we go small and play Gentry, Potter, Hall, Wampler, and Love.

I think it depends on what you mean by 'starter." The strategy with Wampler last season was to begin the game on the bench to watch the flow of the game then check in at the first opportunity and play starter minutes. If that's still his comfort zone, I think the starting lineup is Gentry (duh), Love (duh), Hall, Potter, and Basile.

I expect to see Gentry at 1 and Love at 5.. Then everyone else can play at least two positions during this game. Expect to see different combinations on the court for offensive looks and defensive looks. I look for the coaches to challenge Mann’s and the freshmen in their defensive skills.

Honestly, I do not understand why guys keep wasting time talking about Manns. The only guys he is ahead of on the depth chart are guys that are redshirting and the walk ons. He isn’t going to be in our 8 man rotation and will only see mop up minutes like last year if he sees the court at all.

‘79, have you told the coaches to stop wasting their time on him?

I don’t need to. They aren’t wasting any time on him. He’ll see as much time this year as our walk ons.

Mann’s isn’t going to see playing time this year. At PF, he is behind Wampler, Basile, Dozic, and Holden. At SF, he is behind Hall, Potter, Wampler, and Holden. Nagy doesn’t plan on using a deep bench. He only plans on going 8 deep most nights. 1-2 others might get mop up minutes but that is it. Nothing against Mann’s but I don’t think he is even in our top 10 right now.

Maybe I was way off, but I thought Jordan Ash might be able to crack the starting lineup next to Gentry. It's hard to say in the preseason, especially with several new faces and others returning from injuries, but I think we will see 9 guys in the rotation most nights: Gentry, Ash, Potter, Hall, Holden, Wampler, Dozic, Basile, and Love.
Out of curiosity I checked Ticketmaster for a few games to see how tickets were selling this season. It looks like they are holding back some sections for all games, probably for special package deals, but for the Central State game no tickets are showing as available for entire southeast side of the arena (sections 204-207). Anyone have any idea what's going on?

I think we go small and play Gentry, Potter, Hall, Wampler, and Love. This is my guess as well.
