They have a huge facebook group where most of their fans congregate (2800 members).
That board is as dead as two by four.

Not sure if this is typical, but NKU has a "group deal" on tickets using a special portal and promo code which is allowing their fans to get tickets for $9 in the section behind their bench.
If we can give $9 tickets to visiting fans, why the heck can't our fans get them? Seems like a bit of a disservice.
They also plan to arrive early and get as many free tshirts out of Raider fans hands as possible. (Supposedly)
Raiders are 3-1 at home against the Norse, and have won 3 of the last 4 in the series.
Lastly, being a Friday night game at the top of the league SHOULD give us some of the best officials available in the midwest. Hopefully the ususal suspects stay away and we can enjoy a good old fashioned 1-2 matchup. No reason for 40 fouls to be called.
If Sharpe is contained, we will win this game. NKU doesn't have the offensive firepower to stay with us if Sharpe has an off night.
Green Bay held him to just 6 points in 31 minutes and Detroit 5 point in 40 minutes. Neither of those teams scream defensive prowess.

There is a link on our athletic department site. If you purchase 15 or more tickets to a game you can get them for as little as $5 a piece.

Jaylon is getting better and better since he got back from his injury. His ceiling is still high. No doubt NKU will have to beat us with whoever Jaylon is not guarding. I read comments like that regularly...and I do not see that happening on the floor. Mark Hughes? Sure. Jaylon? No way. JMO

Neither of those teams scream defensive prowess. We have definitely not won 3 of the last 4 in the series. We split the regular season last year and they beat us in the tournament. So we’ve won 2 of the last 4 because we won the last regular season matchup in 17-18 season and didn’t meet in the tournament.

My source for that information (NKU's athletic webpage) has not been updated to reflect the loss in the tournament last year.

NKU page on Facebook is advertising a white out in the Nutter Center tomorrow night. More interesting than their official board.

Does anyone know if there have been any updates on the status of Dantez Walton for NKU? He was their leader scoring (18ppg) before sustaining a chest injury earlier this season.

Does anyone know if there have been any updates on the status of Dantez Walton for NKU? He was their leader scoring (18ppg) before sustaining a chest injury earlier this season. Article in the NKY tribune said 2 days ago he was still "quite a ways" from playing. Can't imagine coming quite a ways in 3 days. Also said he had to ramp up once he's taking physical contact. He won't see the court.
