I was traveling tonight, so couldn't watch...first thing I noticed in the box score was Lou going 6-6 from the foul line. Then saw the team went 19-21! After all the worry about attendance, how'd it turn out?

Not great attendance from civilians but the student turnout wasn’t bad. My guess is that this is the third best crowd of the season.

That would require 4345, to be 3rd would require 5054, and there wasn't anywhere close to 5k people in there tonight. I bet the box comes in around 4k. The students that did show up were loud and engaged. Still poor showing for a school with 12k students... one for each seat in the Nutter. |

We do have 12k students and the vast majority of them don’t live on campus. Very few that live off campus are going to want to come back to school to see a 9 PM game on Valentines Day vs a crappy team. I was pleasantly surprised attendance was as good as it was tonight.

We need to make our FTs down the stretch. It's been great to see them do that more lately. The last six games, Holden is shooting 80% (25 of 31) and Love is shooting 74% (23 of 31) at the line. Overall team % is creeping back up toward 70% as a result. |

I think he may have been ill. He was wearing his warm up shirt on the bench and didn't look like he felt good. He made a couple of really nice defensive plays which you must have missed. |
