Nationally televised game against a team that found a way to beat us last time out. Hoping to see another good promo to get casual fans and students out.
I seem to recall a black out against UIC on ESPN a handful of years ago, so maybe that isn't the best route to go.

UIC has been our kryptonite. The boys should be motivated for revenge in this one. We need a big crowd for this nationally televised game.

They have announced special $5 tickets. Hope it fills the Nuthouse.

Doesn't seem to be very well publicized (not on twitter, wsuraiders.com, ticketmaster) I'd like to share it with some friends and family. Would be great to get a sizable crowd for this nationally televised game. NKU leapfrogged us for highest single game attendance last weekend; would be nice to take that spot back over. Promoting something like this is the way to do it. Edit: You're referring to the pick-2 plan for $10? That isn't going to help anyone get tickets for this game if they didn't buy that plan before last weekend? Or is there a new promo out there? |

Here's the AD from Facebook. $5 ticket, which includes a free $5 food voucher? Wow. No reason we don't have 7500 people in the seats. Doesn't get any better than that. They should be pushing this on video billboards, social media, athletic channels, WSU websites, and should push emails to faculty and alumni. This is a monumental game against a team that has beat us 3 straight games. |

Looks like they are limiting these tickets to the corner(s)? by the student section. I'm not for sure, but that's the only place I could seem to get the ticket selector to show me tickets for the promo.

They need to do something because when i checked Ticketmaster today there were a ton of seats available I certainly don't know how early tickets "usually" sell ahead of time on Ticketmaster, but I know I've hardly ever bought tickets other than at the window before the game. Hopefully the turnout will be strong on game night. |

I always check Ticketmaster to see how many seats are sold and it seemed like there were a lot more available than usual especially for a televised game
