Wright State plays Oakland in a four-game series starting on Friday.
Friday's 3 pm game and the 1 pm game on Saturday are on ESPN3, so check out the team or better yet go to one or more of the games this weekend at the Nisch.

The NCAA announced the shortlist of Regional Host Sites and Wright State was not one of them. Of course, WSU did not put in a bid, so that makes sense. The potential host site schools are Arizona, Arkansas, Charlotte, East Carolina, Florida, Gonzaga, Louisiana Tech, Mississippi, Mississippi State, Notre Dame, Oregon, Pittsburgh, South Carolina, Southern Mississippi, Stanford, Tennessee, Texas, Texas Christian, Texas Tech and Vanderbilt. #RaiderGang is just sitting tight waiting on this upcoming weekend's HL baseball series to wrap up. We've got the regular season wrapped up already, as well as the honor of hosting the league championship. It's just a matter of formality, but UIC needs to take only one of their 4-game set at NKU this weekend to secure the 2 seed, and the only other team that even has a shred of hope to factor in the bracket is YSU who handed us 3 of our 4 conference losses on the season. However, the Raiders are 15-1 on their home turf this season. Hard to fathom them losing two games when they really count.

It's equally as hard to fathom that a team could lose a BB game with a 24 point lead with 6:30 left to play,but it happened. So nothing is unfathomable, especially in sports.

I wish #RaiderGang would schedule a series with a decent program in the Midwest like Ball State or Indiana State which could help them get a 3-seed in the Regional. Going almost two weeks with no games concerns me. But, I guess the coaching staff knows what they are doing.
