WSU's ceiling is them being the best "low major" team in the country but their floor is losing to a team with a 300+ RPI. As a fan it is maddening.
Hopefully tonight's team shows up more often for the rest of the season and WSU gets a conference tournament to try and beat the top seed.

Damn, Hall is really struggling. 4 TOs now tonight.

Also if Hall could stop with the turnovers that would be great.

I'm so glad we're figured out how to hest this team and beat them handily, but boy does yesterday look even worse. I still think we have the highest ceiling of anyone in the league, and have the best interior ability to hang with a 2 or 3 seed in the tournament, but it's a gigantic to to climb to get back atop the league standings literally because of 3 combined seconds of two home games.

Manns is in the game now too. It took Manns about 3-seconds to fire up a three and about 25 seconds to commit his first foul.

Manns is in the game now too. He’s had the ball for precisely one second and put up a shot with a hand in his face.

Cleveland State is in the driver’s seat for the league championship, but I think they could easily have a couple slipups to allow the Raiders to get back into the conversation of winning the league. The Horizon scheduling could make things more interesting. It looks as if the Horizon will allow teams to play each other 4+ times in a season (while not even playing at least 2 teams at all). If opponents of both WSU and CSU ran into COVID issues, would the Horizon have the 2 teams play each other again? That certainly would be a gift to the Raiders to give them a potential opportunity to win the league. Of course none of this matters if the weekend series splits continue.
